Chest pain since 9 months
I feel weak towards left side of my chest and can feel beats at different parts of left side of chest. When I lie down, I feel hard pulse In my throat.. Life has become miserable since 9 months.. all reports normal except for urine where as potassium, chloride levels are low. Chest pain since 9 months now and I'm really fed up.. it's debilitating and unable to do my daily chores.. I get exhausted easily.. ecg done two weeks ago and is normal.. done 2d echo in September 2020 and it was normal.. Visited the cardiologist, he said nothing to worry. How can I get rid of my symptoms to lead a normal life? I never had this issue earlier. It started post covid. Also, I have legs paining from my lower back.. God is gracious to keep me alive.. What advise can you give me

Left sided chest pain can be because of many causes Most important to rule out is cardiac cause If sept 2 d echo is normal Should repeat 2 d echo Also should do vitamin D as you have leg pain. And chest X ray PA view After everything is done If still no diagnosis should go for stress 2 d echo /Cornonary angiography
