Should I use any supplements for hair fall after normal delivery . Now it's been 5 months after delivery I have hair fall . And how many months should I use iron and calcium tablets. And how many months should I use iron and calcium tablets

You should atleast take Iron and calcium 6 months after delivery Iron calcium and multivitamin are enough don't need to take any other supplement This will come down as you stop feeding This hair fall is due to hormonal changes

If your haemoglobulin level is within normal limits, then you can stop taking iron tablets.
