Why does calcium supplemnts grey my hair

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I have vitamin d and calcium deficiency. However Taking calcium supplements grey my hairs. I tried taking with vitamin d. But after vitamin d dosage stop .viramin d levels go down again.

Hi Calcium with vit. D does not cause grey hairs There may be different cause. Need to continue the vit. D supplements Consult dermatologist for grey hairs once. Eat healthy diet
