Today my father vaccinated (COVISHIELD). Yesterday he taken ecosprin75 tablet. Is there any complications with this please suggest me.

Today morning i woke up at 4 am due to moderate  sensation of body ache at 8 am I took my temperature with the help of digital thermometer at my armpit it was ( 99.5 - 100.4) Then I took Crocin then rested for 2 to 3 year At 12 pm I check my temperature it was ( 97.6 - 98.2 ) and at that time I feel fine there was only little headache Now at around from 2 pm body ache stared again and lastly at 2:30 I recorded my my temperature it was (99.1- 99.6 ) please advise me what should I do One last request if possible please provide free suggestions .. 8545×86×9400
