Tension and palpitations

I am working in public sector and facing issues regarding stress in my family especially with my husband. I am having 1.5 yrs baby and if my husband starts shouting n fights means my heart beat is increasing , hands starts shivering and palpitations I could feel. He's right what he is saying. Am I having any problem
