Flu

For last 5 days i have fever that comes and go and small cough and vomiting. I was very weak. By our local physician he prescribed me: Paracetamol 650( 3 times per day) Amoxicilin (2 times per day) Cough syrup Ascorbic acid After taking this tablet for one day almost my fever is gone. But from last night I have constantly cough some times dry and some times mocus. To much coughing I am also again weak. Now what is the treatment for cough? How can i recover from cough?

I have fever last 2 day's around 100 degree and taking paracetamol 650 mg every 8 hours I tried for covid test but still not get any appointments pls guide in the mean time what medicine I will take

Sir I was absolutely fine 12hrs after taking covishield, but developed fever after 12hrs and today is 4th day..fever is 99.2

Having fever for 4-5 days , altered taste from 2-3 days and decrease in smell sensation from 2-3 days. Taken paracetamol to control the fever now the fever is quite in control but other 2 issues are their which I mentioned above

Problem facing from last 2 days, I am taking hot water, vapour, a to z tablet, limcee, what to take actual to prevent this. No allergy in any medicine, no sugar, no pressure, no diabetes, no health problem. Please suggest

Do i take any other test? like 2d stress echo test. 23 Male here. I took homocysteine on doctor's suggestion because of tmt slightly positive. Please find my report in the two images attached. I have highlighted only the parameters that are outside range. What do you interpret out of these results? Should i go for more tests? I have already taken too many and echo seems like an overkill.
