I got 1st dose of vaccination today What precaution I need to take Can I take paracetamol straightaway or wait

I have upset stomach and discomfort in right upper back .this problem remains off and on since 3-4 years or more. Discomfort gets subside during rest but remains there during exertion. Please help.

From last few days constipation is not stop even after taking medicine. Previously there was fever but now there is no fever, only constipation is there which is not stop n weakness is there for which always feel like to sleep. Thyroid is there.

Hello , this is related to my father. He is a COVID patient and today is his 8th day. He gets fever every afternoon and his oxymeter reading fluctuates between 92-94. He is all fine , but it's just breathing issues which we are worried about. Medication for 5 days is completed. Kindly Suggest on this please.
