14 days before i have covid symptoms but rt pcr test is negative. But i took all medicine for covid till 5 days and fever has gone.. But today again fever come 99.2f. Pls advise me what to do now

Hello Doctor, I faced coronavirus symptoms and didn't go for any test but now I have fully recovered. so after 4 weeks I have taken antibodies test by thyrocare. My igg antibodies level is 1.89 and total antibodies level is 4.34. I just wanted to ask if the level of antibodies is low and will I be safe from future corona infections? 2nd question is when should I go for vaccine?
