Is it safe for diabetics and hypertension patients to take giloy juice? If yes what should be the quantity

My mother is 52 years  old lady. She used to face itching problem often. She doesn't have allergies in any foods. But suddenly she starts itching in hand palm, leg palm, underarm, at the end those itching places used to get red coloured. The itching doesn't stop until unless she takes any allergy medicine like cetzine, citiz etc. We don't have consult with any doctor till now. But my mom predicts that in the year 2010 she undergone uterus operation, that time from outside some fresh blood was given to her, according to her blood group. After that the problem started as per my mom. But now my query is I have heard that those having allergy problem not able to take COVID vaccine. So, in this case, Can my mom take COVID vaccine with this problem??? Please suggest.

Last month, on 6th of April I had mild symptoms too. I had mild fever for 2-3 days. Some muscle pain and minimal cough. I was okay in a week and the weakness subsided in 10days. So all my symptoms were gone by 15th of April. I have a vaccination slot for tomorrow that is on 8/5/2021. Can I get vaccinated right now or should I wait for some time?

My husband tested positive on 28th april and he is recovering fine till today . He does not have fever for last 5 days and also his hrct chest states negative results. Coards 1. And he has gained his smell back but now from today morning his oxygen is 96 to 97 % . But till today his oxygen was 99%. Is it a worried situation . ? Please help

Now a days, It's normal scenario that covid positive patient while going to RT PCR test coming out to be negative. And once he develop intense symptoms then we run for covid medication and help, which become urgent by that time. Is there any other way to detect COVID other than RT PCR ?
