My son has fever from last 2 days in the range of 99 to 101 f currently we are giving him half paractiamol 2 times a day and little bit cough no other things . Please suggest what other thing we can give him and his mother have covid and she has already Isolated and i have also done antizen test of my kid as well that is also -ve. But after test he has fever.

Sometimes RT-PCR can come negative despite infection. You might want to repeat the test and then consult a doctor for proper treatment.
