99 fever after viral
My son got fever on Monday (101)
After three days his fever came down to 98
But he still gets 99 fever every day
Mild sore throat / cough and cold is there
Pls suggest . It's 8 th day now

Plz give additional information
If the patient is active while not having fever looks like viral fever
If the patient is looks sick even after mild reduction of fever looks bacterial infection
U said 99 fever on day 8 looks like mild grade fever which can be due to low grade bacteremic infection or inflammation
