I have been tested COVID Positive on 29 April 2021 but I am asymptomatic. However I have little cough. Should I go for CT scan chest or not to be on safer side. Please advise.

My father has recently recovered from covid 19 at the time of admission his d dimer was elevated and the result was 592 but on the day of discharge his d dimer test report were less than 200. My question was how many times I have to do the d dimer test more after recovery.

Fever in covid positive after 14 days
My grandmother was covid positive on 17 april. She does not have any other problems but she has continous mild fever between 98-99-100.
Is there any cause of concern. Why fever is still coming. Her hrct value was 4 and she had taken all the medication of covid 19.
Please suggest me why fever is coming and what can I do.
