My hemoglobin level is 10.40... is it low or good... Please suggest me some sources of hemoglobin... I'm a covid patient but I have tested negative...

Your hb is low.please  take tab fefol once daily.tab limcee twice daily. If there is any blood in  your stool ,or any chronic medical conditions ,consult your doctor. Foods that can improve your hemoglobin are leafy veg',eggs,resins,'jaggery,fresh fruits,beetroot,fig,etc.
