Consultation for Hedeache Chest pain

Asked for Female, 50 Years

I got chest pain on night before yesterday. It seems like that I have gastric issue and I took ENO that day. Next day it feels like I have fever but temparature measured is 97°. I am shivering when I stand up and feeling pain on feet and weakness. Please prescribe any medicine or activity to overcome the health condition.

It can be because of dehydration and gastric issue also.. fluid intake should be increased. Take pan 40mg 15 minutes before food today 12 hours once. Monitor your symptoms. If anything persisting or any new symptom consult online.
