Hello From last two months I'm facing serious stress so that whenever I cry alot I got panic attack and then unconsciousness along with that I've headache and my right head side one nerve is paining also sleeplessness and eye etching...I'm worried about my health so I wants to know that what's I'm going through..

I am getting Left side pain near pelvic area early in the morning when i wake up. This pain gradually decreases after 2- 3 Hours and again next day morning its back again. Let me know this cause please. Thanks in advance

Hello i am having these throat pain sometimes on right or left down side . Even if we didnt drink any cold drink i am having this.'today i having this pain after eating some food . Pain while swallowing What may be the reason behind this?

I was prescribed lemberoxant for sleep problems due to insomnia . Now doctor said to stop and see how it feels. I stopped but after two days i started taking ashwagandha thought to help me stabilize but never hit the thought that lemberoxant might interact with ashwagandha . I don't have any specific symptoms of interaction but scared to death that they might cause some internal problems , i can't get it out of my mind at all . Plus to that my vitamin d level came back as 45 ng / ml . I thought I should boost vitamin d so took one 60000iu tablet , without researching anything . I am having massive fear of this all together causing harm . I do seem to have a little discomfort in my stomach don't know if is caused by stress or this potential overdose or interaction .

I have got my vitamin d3 checked due to severe body aches and shiver. I've been prescribed uprise d3. Suggest what else can I do to increase vitamin d3. My reports were 2.72

Since yesterday my left breast feels heavier and looks a bit bigger than my right one and also it's hurting on pressing, also my periods is almost 13-14 days away. Should I be concerned?
