Daily 6000 to 7000 steps walk
Sir,daily i went office through 2 trains during the travel and office duty i walk near 6000 steps . Early morning 5 am wake up and get ready office at 7am .i used the bike 20 min travel and reach the parking and walk 700 steps to reach train. After 45 min travel i change route by 800 steps walk and reach another railway station after i reach work place. In the work place i use starcase and some walking in the  plant.after i return the home by same way and reach the home at 8.15pm . Totally i walk 7000 steps per day not continuously but intermediate walks ... i have confusion form my health any extra exercise required or 7000 steps  in daily life is enough or not.. for healthy life . Weakly 5 to 6 days work... please guide me

Very good  u take care of your health.  It's enough.  It's one part to keep yourself healthy.  Other is yoga, aerobics  for muscle  with proper  diet.
