Flu

I have been noticing that if I sit for long and my shin/leg is pressed against something for some time, I see pitting. So, i pressed near my shin bone for 10+ secs and I see pitting happening (only near shin bone and no where else). I do not see any visible edema on my legs. I do weight training (i sweat a lot when I physically exert). and try to be active as I am over weight BMI 32. I do my yearly health check and nothing alarming has come. Apart from grade 1 fatty liver and hba1c of 6, which is has now come down to 5.1. Please advise if this is something I need to check. should I go to a general physician or any specialised doctor?

On Friday while going to gym a dog sneezed at me from a distant ,earlier I did not pay any attention to it , I thought rain there may be raindrops in my hand ,and after sometime the droplets vanished I was casual ,now I think what if it was dog saliva I also put my hand on inside my nostrils ,can I be infected by rabies ,cause everywhere it is written ,that saliva coming in contact with mucusous membrane can cause rabies , should I take rabies vaccine ,I didn't take any vaccine till now plss guide me
