Is it ok to eat Clomipramine tablet and Alprazolam tablet together ? I mean is their any interaction between these medicines ?

Hi doctor, actually my sister is having stomachache from the last 4 days and she have been taking medicine from a local near by clinic but she's not getting relief from those medicines could you please advise something? I did cbc test...my RBC levels of  4.07 are low...my haemoglobin level is 12.5... my RBC level is 4.07whereas the reference is 4.2-5.2...is this low RBC level dangerous ?? I am very scared...pls help me...I have attached the report ... I am a hypothyroid patient... kindly help me with the reasons for low RBC...

I'm experiencing brown urine since morning. Even after drinking lots of water it's still brownish. Last night after drinking alcohol this has happened.

My all test report is normal except 2 tests RBC - 6.55 Eosinophils - 11.8% Eosinophils count - 950 Is that ok???
