Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

Girilinctus syr
Wet
Ambrodil s syr
5 ml twice n 10 ml at night for five days after meal.
Wait for three days.
Than u need blood work including covid.
