When positive with covid 19 my CRP is 80 after 5 days test results my CRP is 40 what to do can i continue with same medicine medrol 8 mg, aspirin, vitamin c & vitamin d3.

Hi , my mom tested positive on 14th April and last week reports were still positive, she is having major BP fluctuations and lot of dullness , not eating much , we did cardio checkup and everything is normal. My father was tested covid +ve 16 days back. Last weekend in blood report we got to know inflammation is high. CRP was 61.85 and D-Dimer 1.10. He is taking steroids and blood thinner after consulting doctor. He is having no symptoms. Should we go for rt-pcr now? Or wait for few more days?
