Covid positive, Sir, there is no fever, spo2 is 99. But CRP and D Dimer is raised on 8 th day What to do?

I am having severe pain on the left side of lower abdomen. It is a poking sudden severe pain. My usual period is on May 14 but doesn't seem like a Period cramp. I have had this pain before as well. I used to go to Urine and sometimes pain subsided. But this pain today is not subsiding even after urine. Trying hot water bag in the area and getting some relief. But pain again pops up after few minutes. Can you suggest whom to approach for further guidance - gynaec or gastro or any other .

Hb 20.2 as on 25th of april , 2021. Previously seven month ago it was 19.4. What should i do. I have strated taking ecoasprin 75 mg from 27th of April, 2021. No issue seems.

After report result I will consult doctor.dexona also there in kit.if govt report came negative and symptoms like fever continue what should I do

After how many days of covid, did fungal infection detected?? I get my covid negative report 30days back.
