My dad is suffering from fever from 2 days and no relief yet taking medicines and have taken vaccine (both doses). Any help will be appreciated.

My mother is aged 56 yrs and weighs 77kg. She has asthma, arthritis, high bp, skin and food allergy, cholesterol and takes medicine Telista CL40, Rejunex CD 3, Advastat 10mg daily. 1. Whether she can take covid vaccine? 2. If yes, whether she can continue her daily medicines before, during and after the vaccine? 3. Covid 19 is a viral infection then why doctor treating a virus with anti bacterial medication like Azithromycin instead anti viral medication like ivermectin and doxycycline . I am talking about mild infection.
