Redness/itching might be due to some infection in the eyes (conjunctivitis). Take Moxifloxacin eye drops BD x 2 days,,if not improved, consult an opthalmologist nearby !!

for now plz use ciplox drops for 2 days if redness subsidies then no issues if persists consult any doctor on practo
