Headache, watery eyes and fatigue
I usually witness severe headaches sometimes on the frontal sinus. My eyes also become red and it gets watery sometimes. I even witness a flowing nose and extreme weakness in the body. Do let me know what should be done.

You need to start taking Nasal saline irrigation, with Decongestant and analgesics.
Get a CT scan done to confirm sinusitis.
