I am having pain in my fingers joints from 1 week. I am having this pain while bending my fingers. After waking up in morning I feel little swelling which gets fine hour by hour.

Could I get a medical certificate. I have attendance issues in college. Could I get a medical certificate for 12 days from 16 April 2021 to 28 April 2021.

What is the difference between CBC and Peripheral blood smear(PBS)? I have done CBC and Iron test both for my father and his Iron Spectrophotometry test is: 1.Iron-38.00 ug/dL range-65.00 - 175.00 2. Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC)-368.00 μg/dL Range -250 - 425 3.Transferrin Saturation-10.33 % 20.00 - 50.00 So my question is his CBC report is ok but there are some deficiencies shown in iron test .... so I have to do PBS test aswell? And what are the differences between CBC and PBS test? Please guide Thanks

I had very mild symptoms like body pain on Sunday 09/05/21 and Monday 10/05/21. I did RTPCR on Tuesday 11/05 and tested positive. After Wednesday 12/05 I do not have any symptoms. I am in isolation since 12/05. When can I go for RTPCR again for negative results? Doctor suggested to go for RTPCR after 7 days from asymptotic day, also some doctor suggested RTPCR not really required in case of mild or asymptotic case. But I need negative report for some formality purpose. Please suggest when shall I do RTPCR again. Thank you.
