Flu

I am suffering from following symptoms - Weeknes, headache, up and down fever, little cough. Could you please advise.

My 3 year daughter having fever from last 3 days.faver is approx 100.i am giving imol syrup 7.5 ml 3 times a day. should i continue the imol syrup or any treatment to start.no cough or cold is there ,she is very active in her daily routine also.

Can meftal forte be taken along with pradaxa 150 for fever upto 99. My mother is having fever of 99 only in morning which reduces after taking dolo.

I am trying to gain weight since long after trying all the hone remedies nothing worked for me.. please help me..

My normal body temperature ranges between 98.0 to 99.6 everyday. I do not feel feverish even if my temperature is on the higher side. Done CBC, ESR, LFT, KFT, LIPID PROFILE, URINE CULTURE etc and everytime its absolutely normal.My body temperature is normal is the morning.I had covid in November and recovered well. Do some people have higher than normal body temperature?
