Weakness with pain in limbs can be due to neuropathic pain/ nutritional deficiency ( pain is rare but weakness will be present) / paresis ( weakness due to stroke - early sign). If she is diabetic or hypertensive check her values. But immediately consult a neurophysician. Don't delay.
