Feeling numb in head and lightheaded
Feeling numb in head or light headed after standing for sometime. Having pain in legs too.feeling weak sometimes.

This is basically orthostasis....which is common in summers bacause of dehydration....also some drugs can cause same symptoms. Stay hydrated....have juices, ORS around 4-5 lts per day. Get ur BP checked. Take rest.

Numbness and weakness indicates vitamin deficiency probably vitamin b12 or vitamin d3 Get done yourself investigated for these vitamin and for Diabetes Take medicine  accordingly
