Its just mom and me in my family, i am whole and sole response for the well being and wish to have my own house and settle for better before i ger married in next 4-5 years.. my pcod was diagnosed 4 months back when I was bleeding profusely.. currently it has stopped but periods didn't regularise for which feel very uneasy till the time my period happens.. Also, I usually get sleep by 3am snd wake up by 12:30 - 1:30pm(my sleep cycle has hampered as i worked in bpo night shifts for more than 10years) but now days I'm unable to sleep at all, if i sleep that is not before 6 am due to this throughout the day i have fatigue and mood swings.. How can I get a baby like peaceful sleep that also in proper time??

Can we take vitamin C and surbex xt tablet for vitamin b12deficiency? I'm taking vitamin c in the morning for just immunity . Can I take b12 tablet in the afternoon? I have deficiency . Attached reports

I am facing this frequent pain issues.. Headache plus neck ache every alternate days which stays for 3-4 days, painkiller doesn't work. Stiffness in shoulders all the time.

I have tested postive on 1st of this month with rtpcr ct value 23 with no symptoms now on 15 my rtpcr came positive with rt pcr value of 33 I absolutely have no symptoms. How long should i wait to get tested to turn it negative? Can my ct value can reduce also? I havenot taken any medicine in a week except multivitamins?

I recovered from covid on 27 april. From last few days i am feeling following symptoms:- 1) chest pain 2) chest pain and shortness of breath while resting. 3) Irregular heartbeat. 4) light headache 5) heavyness in eyes and slight problem in vision. 6) weakness 7) anxiety

My wife had symptoms on 28th last month for 3-4 days from 1st for 3 days took medicine from family doc and then 4th had a covid n it was positive so started 5 days course from 6th , She had no symptoms from 2nd , so now can she come out from quarantine, for 14 days quarantine which is first day counted , and does she requires any blood test now , can she now live a regular routine life, thank you

I was a asymptomatic covid patient , I got positive on 15 April and was in home isolation . I had no meds , no drop in O2 levels and no fever at all . I got the anti bodies test done on 3 may and it came out to be 17.70 I got my negitive report on 5th May So after that I started eating my regular food and I drink coldrinks alot so I came back on that too . So it's 15th May now . How long shall I be worried about black fungus ? And do asymptomatic patients get black fungus ,??

Bedridden for the past 1 year because of knee issue and is tired always and keeps sleeping the whole day. Past few days irrelevant thoughts and forgets where he is or what he is doing. Why is he getting such irrelevant thoughts, what's the solution to it? And also has a swelling in the wrist and has pain. We have taken blood test, sugar test, sodium potassium levels and all. Everything is normal. How to make him feel better? Need a solution for the wrist pain and his confused mind and thoughts.

My mother is suffering of RA and she is on medication for RA , bp & blood thinner & acidity, now from 2 days she is having pain in right side chest & arm , her Bp is normal , we also have done ecg , 2 d echo in past everything is normal , why there is pain in right side even I touch that side there is lot of pain.

Hello Dr,I and my husband are covid positive.My husband has quarantine himself but I cannot quarantine coz we have 6yr old baby .I have to look after him like food n all.its ok I can do my household work nad looking after my baby even though I'm positive.plz suggest I'm into big trouble.
