Fever after covid

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I was tested positive for covid but remained asymptomatic and isolated myself for 14 days.Its been more than 20 days since I tested positive for covid but right now I'm having fever of 101F,mild sore throat and myalgia.Could this be due to covid?

Chances of re-infection are very low once you are infected from Covid for the next six month but that depend on the development of the antibodies inside the body Had you gone for testing for the antibodies in the body You can be infected by a newer variant or a new strain of the virus Or it can simply be a upper respiratory tract infection or viral illness otherwise
