Shivering inside
Hi Sir/Madam, I work out regularly and don't have any other health complications. Not under any medication. Not diabetic, no hypertension. Its been three weeks I am feeling shivering feeling inside suddenly. Not nervous or no scary issues. Shivering will not appear outside but can feel inside as if i am in cool climate. Not a specific time, it comes suddenly and stays for few minutes...please guide me how to get rid of this issue. Thanks in advance
