Sudden shivering and tension feeling
Hi Sir/ Madam
I have all vitals normal, no bp and no diabetes..recently got master health check up and all blood reports were normal. Don't know suddenly without any reason i feel like shivering and trembling inside.. no reason at all, all of sudden. Kindly let me know the reason and how to get out of this issue

It can be due to Anxiety.
