Fever for 30 days
Persistent low grade fever which rises in the morning till 99.6-99.8 stays there and comes back normal in the night along with body aches. It's happening for last 30 days. I was diagnosed with Covid last month. But my only symptom was low grade fever and body aches, which is still going on. I have had my CBC, ESR. Reports attached. With this I'm afraid whether is it inclining towards blood cancer ?

Post covid fever and myalgia last for upto 3 months after recovery from covid infection. You are a young male with Hb 13.5 , so borderline anemia, which is why your ESR is raised. Wbc at 11,100 isn't alarming.  Blood cancer? (It's when wbc are beyond 1 lakh) Your reports have NOTHING indicating that.
Next Steps
stop measuring your body temperature. fever is significant only above 100.4 You are suffering from post covid anxiety. many people go through this phase. they feel something is wrong with their body, even though everything is alright. (A close-call with a big illness does this to us)
Health Tips
improve diet, fruits green vegetables, khajoor(date) and walnuts. you have recovered from covid, so the worst phase is over. everybody recovers at their own pace. give time to your body, take adequate rest. don't hurry and don't worry ✌
