Tested covid positive today, fever ranging 99 100 since Thursday, no smell. Oxizen saturation is 98 %.

I have fever last 2 days I take dolo 650 it acts only 4 hrs  and again fever comes I Have no cold and cough only body temperature with body aches and headches  can I go for covid test or treat at home? With general physician help

Since last night facing acute level pain near upper chest area. Pain is continuous and there is no other problem.

Hi Since a couple of days I lost my taste and smell, and before this I had mild cold (no running nose at all and recovered from cold in a day). Even if I'm corona positive and have no other symptoms, home remedies like steaming, drinking warm water, lemon juice, and proper diet if I take then no medicines are needed right? I have no fever/cold, just only lost taste and smell. Please advice. Thanks!

I was covid positive & admitted in hospital due to Oxygen fluctuations. Now I am negative & fully recovered after 1 month. But the issue with my tounge. There is a bitterness whatever I eat. I able to eat normal rice, dal but whenever any curry I can't tolerate that taste & scent. Also there is a urgness to use tounge cleaner every hour. What should I do?
