Sore Throat
From today morning i am having left sided sore throat and light headache. But no fever, no cough and no breathing issue. My spo2 were 98%. And HR was below 90. Please guide me what to do now.

If you have been contact with covid patient,  then possibility is there.  Start warm saline gargle,  drink luke warm water ,steam inhalation for 5 minuts twice daily,  take paracetamol tablet 650 mg for headache.multivitamine with zinc If symptom getting more, go for test covid.
