Sir, I have used many antibiotics and injections for treating pnemonia.now I am using only Medrol for reducing inflammation as my ESR is 100 and ceroxtium..for bacterial infections..but I am facing sudden numbness in my body and relased after some time..is this issue..?

I checked my oximeter and it showed 97-98 and my heart beat was between 75-88 bpm. I've no fever, no temperature, no cough, no history of any disease. I'm overweight but no thyroid issue, 84kgs, height 5'5". I'm having spotting from yesterday. My periods got over on 8th May. My symptoms are:- 1.Shortness of breath, feel like I can't get enough oxygen to my lungs 2. Excessive fear for my life 3. Feeling of racing heart beat 4. Tightness feeling in chest 5. Last two days I experience sudden strain  at tip  of my tongue. It last for maximum 5 sec and back to normal. First time i experience such  an issue after high intensity cardio exercise 2 days back . Yesterday I sneezed so many times (at least 10) . After that I experience this issue often(4-5 times in a day) . (Last 2  weeks I ate lot of salty foods like papads ) .Is this any symptom of any disease.
