My covid 19 test is positive. I need good treatment plz help me for covid 19 treatment I need quickly recovery please help me

Having problem in inhaling completely or u can say can't breathe fully or can't take long breathe ! Facing this issue since last 5-6 days . ECG was normal , performed 20 days before. Chest scan is also normal. There is a pressure on chest while breathing. What might b the issue ?

My friend has tested covid positive 0n April 24. No symptoms developed only nasal congestion. His spo2 droped to 94 on 5th day of infection,and he had developed a little bit cough then we consulted with doctor and did hrct. Score was 10/25..he was in home isolation and as doctor prescribed we did so. Today is 28thday, Now he is fine,no symptoms,no weakness but my concern is his spo2 level is still 96-97. Why spo2 level is not increasing to 98-99. Does he still have infection in lungs or not.?? How much time will it take to get normal? On 15th day we did d- dimer test and it was 0.54 ug/ml and doctor prescribed blood thinner for 15 days , should he need to test again d-dimer. Please suggest

I have diarrhoea since 3 days. I have taken Ofloxacin & Reditol for 3 days. I feel very weak and have lost appetite. I have recovered from covid-19 1.5 months back. I take BP Medication. Diarrhoea is better but when I eat, I vomit. My digestion is not proper. Lots of weakness. I have done typhoid test. The widal test report shows typhi "H" 1:120 and typhi "O" 1:60 and typhi ah-negative and typhi bh- negative. What do you think has happened? What is the severity? What do you prescribe?

Just now house shrew bite me. I am not sure whether it is a bit or it's just there nails but there are two small red dot. And I washed my leg finger and cleaned it with Dettol. Please suggest what should I do as of now, should I take any medicine or suggest any home remedi.
