Feeling tired since 3 days and had a fever 5 days back also experincing bouts of diarrhoea since 3 days

Dear sir, She is facing hill joint pain issue in both feet specially after wake up in the morning..due to this she immediately cant walk after while it becomes normalise. This same happened when she sits for long like 1 hr and during stand up.. Pls suggest necessary medicine, and causes for this. Thanks

The practo doctor I consulted for a patient on 21 May prescribed symptomatic medicines (Taxim o-200 2 times, Panwar DSR 2 times, Vertizen 16 2 times) for 5 days for vertigo and gastro issues. The patient has relief but some symptoms persist. She had covid like symptoms early April but pcr test came out to be negative on 21 April.  In Feb, a hospital doctor prescribed (Dayperon 10 3 times, Thyronorm 50 1 time, Rabemac 20 1 time, Vaspram 10 1 time, BioD3 plus 1 time, Trixide 1 time, Exilam 0.25 1 time). These medicines are discontinued as she could not see the doctor. The practo doctor consulted last week refused to prescribe anxiety and depression medications. Currently, the patient has shivering and diziness while standing, high BP have been found earlier, restlessness and nervousness. Looking for an experienced general physician to consult online who can holistically prescribe the medications (including anxiety & depression if required)? Thanks

I had covid 45 days back. But since I recovered, I have had gastric issues and pain in eyes in the evening. Can someone help with possible reasons behind it.? Has been already taking Sompraz L for gastric. The medicines works well but the next day until medicine is not consumed, the problem of gastric comes back.

I have breathing issue through nose and chest diaphragm. I can't breath fully, a short breath. After X ray doctor told its cough in chest and even I have acidity. So along with cough syrup doctor prescribed for acid reflux tablets. But still I didn't recover(slight improvement is there) after 3 visits. I have done RT PCR, which is negative. Oxygen level, respiration level are normal. What could be done? Info: I have lower back pain/slip disc as well
