Dear Doctor, A month ago, my thumb got hurt while playing volleyball. I didn't care much at that time. But now it pains when i move my thumb especially in circular motion. How to get rid of the muscle pain in the thumb. Thanks.

In march I contracted with covid after medicine n diet and isolation i faced hard stool after that i noticed fresh red blood n sensation with passing stool it's not regular but it accure often if i use ointment n syrup it stops..!! I confused it is fisher or something else

Respected sir/madam. I have fever 99.5 since 3 days. Along withThroat infection, headache. This is 3 Rd day of my periods. Having breathing uneasyness since a week during sleep. Haven't used any medicines. Cavities in my tooth troubling me since 2 weeks. Is there something to worry. Please advise.

She is having pain in chest from last 5 days and also she started coughing from yesterday.when she coughs she releases mucous.she is taking nebulizer 2-3 times a day to loosen up mucous We are using budecort 0.5 mg Her oxygen level is - 96 approx Pulse rate- 103 approx( it's always more than 100 ) Blood pressure- 117/84 Please consider all the factors.

My father is covid positive and he got tested on 5 may 2021 and now today is 16 may fever is not going. Fever comes and go but there is no day that fever is not coming fever remains under 100. He has fever only no cold and cough symptoms.oxygen remains at 97-96 and bp is also normal but fever is not going. He take paracetamol 650 when fever comes. And doxy Ivermectin Zincovit Vitamin c Antibiotics Vitamin d3 Please tell me what to do now I m in deep stress thinking about him. Please help

Hello doctor, Which vaccine is better coviesheild or covaxin? If a person take 1st dose of coviesheild can he or she go for other vacation like sputnik v or covaxin ,because as per government guidelines time difference is very big for coviesheild, Please suggest what to do in this situation. If we go for other vaccination then how much time difference we should give after first dose of coviesheild .

Hi doctors.. my temperature was 99.5 before 5 days.. and felt mild cold in throat.. so I took dolo 650 and azithral 500mg and also becousle tablets.. after that also my temp remains same..I take dolo 650 once in a day.. I didn't feel fever.. only my breathing air is hot.. I took azithral for 3 days.. yesterday I didn't take any tablets today also.. my body temperature is 98.8 and 98.6 now.. pulse oximeter shows 98 % and 112 .. is that any issue.. I'm scared of covid.. no in my home having the symptoms .. I'm completely scared..very very afraid of covid..bcoz I lost my aunt 2 weeks before due to covid.. and yesterday my frnd she is just 26yrs old..

My daughter is14+.in lockdown because of some family problem she was in so much strees and her all nurves got  lightly dry because of excessive strees.Her muscles also tightened as excessive strees affects our muscles and tighten them .we contact our doctor and she was in recovering process not fully recovered.42 hours ago a steeple pin was prick into her finger.I remove the pin then clean with water and apply bitadin oinment.There is no pain but in touching something  or if someone touch the area she feel pain only for that time.I buy  a titenus vaccine.She will take a booster in july as she will be 15 years and she has taken the last booster in her 10 years.the date 20/7/2016. Did she need a vaccine..and is this safe to get her this vaccine in such condition where her many nurves were dry and her muscles were tightened(Her condition was rcovering slowly)    many doctor told that it needs and many told not .what should i do..please help me.please explain the tetanus doses.please

How to manage bilateral ovarian chocolate cyst? I do not prefer surgery because after surgery it may reccur. Now I am an unmarried girl of age 26. I want at least more 3 years to control it without surgery. After 3 years I can married and then before conception it may be going to surgery if necessary by the advice of doctor.
