I took my first dose of vaccine just today can i still plan a baby ??? If now when ??? If yes then ll it affect my body

From last night I'm feeling burning sensation in my throat and my mouth become bitter. I thought acidity due to empty stomach so i ate bisquit that time but in morning I took 1 pan 40 in empty stomach and took 1 tbsp of Diavol after breakfast still not feeling well. Then Sometimes ago I took 1 peppiz with water bt burning sensation is still there.

I am allergic to some medicine such as Aspirin apart from that i have to take allergic tablet called 1AL-5mg  daily otherwise itches, rashes, runny nose, sneezing kind of symptoms appears. Should I take covid vaccine and if yes please state which vaccine should be preferable.

I took ipill on my 6th day of my periods that is Friday. But today I had slight bleeding. What does it mean.

So since 1-2 weeks m having difficulties to sleep. I sleep early but it takes 1-2 hrs to get sleep, and also everyday at morning 5-6 my sleep breaks. I try to sleep @ 12night. Also during day time i feel my eyes puffy and burning, also mouth feels dry sometimes even lips too, even though the lips are not dry it feels like that. Mouth feels weirdly dry sometimes even though it is not. Is this any kind of infection? Please help me.

If temperature take using infrared thermometer , Temperature on hand is 97.9 or 98 and on his forehead is 98.6, 98.7, 98.9 also . Is that can be considered as fever or not Which type of thermometer is most accurate and we should use for regular monitoring..

During covid 19 used ASCORIL PLUS and then ASTAKIND for productive cough. No other symptoms. Now i got negative, till have cough. I have cough with sputum. What medicine i need to use now.
