30 day of covid after lunch temp go 99.1
30 th day of my covid From past one week after lunch temperature goes to 99.1 or 99.2 not taking paracetamol and temparate comes back normal in the evening crp is 1 , d dimer 90, cbc is normal
Do I need to do any other tests and anything to worry about?

Unable to eat
It been 10 days I am tested positive for covid.. Took HRCT chest scan.. Score was 7/25 with corad 6. Oxygen level is 97. From yesterday taking medicines for mild lung infection.
