Throat itchy and little pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, Yesterday I had hot food and tip of tongue was Burnt & my throat was itching so gargled with warm salt water thrice. From today morning my throat is not itching but I feel little throat pain. I don't have any cough or fever or any other symptom. I had taken1st dose of Covishield on 31st May. Attached my throat image. Earlier also whenever climate changes I had faced same throat problems. Kindly guide.
