I'm having sticky saliva coming inside my mouth like I have to put pressure to get rid of it like mucus...I had Covid month ago with mild symptom..and had a sore and dry throat before covid ...now its saliva nd after that constant burping sometime I found irregularities in food pipe i'm not getting what is this..ive taken lot of medicines from past 2 months for covid nd for throat
