Tightness around sternum
Hello, from 2-3 days I have extreme tightness around my sternum area, sometimes there is a momentary pain too. I have a choking feeling on throat as well. What do the symptoms look like? Really worried if something serious. Also sometimes I feel like there is some numbness in the calf left leg. Can you please suggest what I should? If any home remedy

This could be a post Covid symptom, quite common these days. Please take tablet Flexon twice a day and get the following tests done:
1. D-Dimer
2. CRP
3. S Ferritin Level
