Can a puppy scratch cause rabies? Is it possible to get infection from scratch? Should I worry about it?

In the morning, a monkey passed very close to me while I was walking on the road. I’m not sure if its nails touched or scratched me, as I didn’t feel anything at the time. There was no immediate pain or visible injury, so I didn’t think much of it then. Later in the evening, I was walking near a road again, and I happened to get very close to a dog—just 1–2 steps away. I didn’t realize it was there until I was right next to it. I was wearing slippers, but the dog did not touch or bite me, and I didn’t feel anything unusual. However, after coming home, I noticed a small scratch or peeled area on one of my toes. Now I’m feeling anxious, wondering if it could have come from the monkey in the morning or possibly the dog, even though I didn’t feel any contact. Could you please advise , I don't want to take any rabies vaccine unnecessarily, please also clarify that dog or monkey nails does have rabies virus or not ?? some people says that SCRATCH doesn't cause rabies ? please tell truth

I am unable to take tablets but I have B12 deficiency . Please suggest any syrup for that.

I have deviated septum and sinus problem. I am facing facial pain specifically at my left cheek area and above left eyelid area. I am taking steam, I have consulted ENT and he said that take cefuroxime 500, prednisolone, Montelukast and levicetrozine with the Nasal spray named Furamist AZ. I am only taking the Montelukast when sneezing doesn't stop. Should I continue taking medicine or any pain killer? I am taking steam though OD.

I love walking and have walked long distances in the past. Since last one year, due to change in workplace and moving to new city, I am not walking anymore. Recently I got opportunity to walk as got free time and good weather I walked around 2 km in a huge park and felt really good.
