I was covid positive that time i have taken immune cz zinc for 15 day two time and a to Z multivitamin one time 15 days Is this harmful after covid any side affect i will get ?,excessive zinc is it?

My auntie age 55 got rtpcr test negative, admitted in hospital, her problem is that without oxygen support her spo2 goes down to 80, if oxygen removed than it goes down and when on oxygen cylinder it's near about 92. What's the reason, if she will be OK

Having low grade fever 99.8 from past 12 days ... Taking doxy 100mg twice a day from 5 days and MetroGyl 400mg 3 times a day from yesterday...
