Blood report showing some problems
Today I feel fever around 100. I also take total body checkup and found some reports are abnormal. Also vitamin d and iron values are low.

The results you have uploaded shows it might be a bacterial one rather than Viral as there is leucocytosis and neutrophilia.This vitamin D and Iron level need to be taken care of but not an emergency one.You might need to few more test as your MCV level shows your cells are not microcytic as it is expected in iron deficiency. Take care of the fever first.
