We did blood test of my mother and in her reports,vit D3 value is 15.6. Is it sufficient or less? She is diabetic, so can we give her beetroot and pomegranate as her hb value is 10.6 only!

Hello sir/madam Recently I had nasal congestion and for that I took steam thrice leaving with no mucus. Hi, I just recovered from typhoid. It is 4 weeks now since medication started. I took medicine for 12 days and then discontinued based on doctor's recommendation. Doing fine now with only problem being that after having a bit spicy foos (vegetables), the following 2-3 days I start feeling week. 1. So still the typhoid is there? 2.
