Today i took covishield vaccine i am allergic to paracetomal .. what medicine  can i take if i have fever

I am possitive for covid 19. Today is my 6 th day. I am having mild fever 99.1 and no body pain and any other symptoms. Do I need to take any other test further?

Today I have taken covishield vaccine 1st dose at 10 AM. And now at 11 PM I am down with fever 101 deg fer. No other symptoms.

If a person has completed human rabies vaccine course and after completion of the human rabies vaccine course(i.e. On day 0, day 3 ,day 7, day 14 and day 28 ) if he comes in contact with Rabies virus within 3 months of completing a full human rabies vaccine course (i.e. On day 0, day 3 ,day 7, day 14 and day 28 ), so he needs to vaccinate himself again with human rabies vaccine?
