Hello doctor. In a hashimoto thyroditis patient, do TPO antibodies go back to normal range after treatment is started?

Your TPO antibody will be positive in future also, when it is positive,it means  Autoimmune hashimoto thyroiditis..so it don't have further importance.. Your TSH level should come in normal range..that's it..so monitor tsh level regularly in every 6 weeks.. It's better to discuss always on call...
